POLYESTER ANCHOR GROUT 

POLYESTER ANCHOR GROUT It is two pack polyester resin based anchoring or grouting material used in the form of mortar. Part-A & B are mixed before use in overhead or horizontal applications. The thyrotrophic consistency of the mix prevents the grout from flowing out of the hole.

SURFACE PREPARATION:- Ensure all the sides are roughened and dust free. To clean the holes thoroughly, using oil free compressed air. Thoroughly flush the substrate with water. Surface should be Dry, clean, even and free from dust, dirt, paint, rust, Algee, grease, soluble salt, or other contaminations

METHOD OF USE:- Pour Part-A into a pan. Add Part-B from the tin container. Mix the two to produce a smooth thixotropic paste. Mixing may be carried out mechanically or manually using gloved hands. Pour the mix into the hole and fasten the bolts, hooks or anchors. For cleaning use hand or power tools and cleaning chemicals / paint remover and then use rust remover or sand blasting wherever required. EPAG-01 packs have been designed to produce practical and economic volumes of grout. Do not mix partial pack components
