Super power room temperature curing modified system are a specially developed from Besphenol and Epichlorohydrin for high build coating, Bonding, adhesive grouting and mortaring application. The hardener for curing of epoxies are used like polyamide, polyamines and polyamidoamines for different application and required properties and curing time.

CONSTRUCTION ACRYLIC Elastomeric SEALENT

BOND-COS-01 CONSTRUCTION ACRYLIC SEALENT is a mildew resistant, rust inhibited, paintable sealant. It is specifically formulated for high joint movement. Its smooth, creamy consistency makes easy to tool, and it cures to a tough, flexible seal that is non yellowing. It can be used for both interior and exterior applications such as crown molding, chair rails, baseboard , etc.

WHERE TO USE:-

Use On Terrace, wall, in Tank, Swimming pool, Sump, Filter plant, Basement, at Bridge, Buildings,

Dam, Canal, Tunnel, Chemical factories, Petrochemical plant, Oil Tank, Power plants, Work shops, Effluent treatment plants, Sewerage plants, bio gas plant , Godowns, Pipe lines, Terraces, Electric & electronics instruments.

HOW TO USE

BOND-COS-01 Elastomeric Acrylic sealant is specifically formulated for high joint movement. In joints exceeding 1-1/2” in depth use a foam joint filler. Tooling is recommended and, if possible, should be completed in one continuous stroke. Tool joints within 10 minutes of application. If masking tape has been used to obtain a cleaner joint, it should be removed before the tack-free skin forms.

CAUTION:

Do not apply when building material or air temperature is below 40°F. BOND-COS-01 Elastomeric Acrylic Sealant is not recommended for continuous water immersion or vehicular or foot traffic.

PAINTABILITY

A minimum of 2 hours dry time is required before painting with latex or oil base paint. Allow extra dry time during periods of high humidity and/or cool temperatures.

CLEAN UP

Excess caulk should be cleaned off tools and nonporous surfaces while it is in the uncured state using a wet cloth. Cured compounds should be cut away.
